THE FACTS & TIPS
Eating celery actually burns calories
Ice/ ice cold water burns calories
Exercising doesn't make you lose weight, it only maintains the weight your at
Spend more time in front of the mirror than in the kitchen. That way, you won't binge, and you'll always be aware of your body
Weigh yourself at the same time each day, because weight fluctuates about 2-3 pounds throughout the day
laying on your left side makes your food digest faster
curling up into a ball helps stop hunger pains
DRINK COFFEE!! it fills you up but without the calories
cigarettes speed up your metabolism
Avoid carbs (this one's obvious) because they turn to sugar
Avoid alcohol at parties, because its very high in sugar/calories
Always have a role model of how you want to look, and have pictures of them around your room to inspire you
Keep your friends/family from becoming suspicious or worried. Tell them you've already eaten, or that you have a stomach ache or something so they dont try to make you eat
avoid eating out!! especially with friends, most food you buy is high in calories and fat ~
it takes the mind 20 minutes to realize that the stomach is full
be aware of what you're eating ( keep track, dont let it get out of hand)
if you feel a binge coming on, always have an alternative (something that you love to do, just as much as eating) like taking a hot bath, going for a jog, reading, myspace, whatever, anything to distract you
f you feel hungry, that means your losing weight
throwing up won't make you lose weight it can only maintain the weight your at.
your better off not eating in the first place
when your at home, wear the clothes that make you look fat/ugly so you'll be inspired to not eat ~
set goals for yourself, and reward yourself when you reach them.
after you lose a certain amount of weight take yourself shopping
buy clothes in smaller sizes so that they're tight, and you have to get thinner to fit into them
Chew sugar-free gum.
Tea helps calm a hungry belly. It soothes you and fills you up. No fat, No calories.
Become vegetarian. This is not an option. Meat is fatty and disgusting. Do some research on slaughterhouses if you need the incentive. If you are not already underweight, you will lose at least six pounds in two or so months just by omitting meat.
Watch other people eat.
It will disgust you as you watch them get fatter.
Feel superior!
Wait ten minutes before purging after meals.
(this works alot better then doing it right after, it comes up faster and easier, so you get all of what you just ate out) (try not making it a habit to purge)
Whenever you feel the need to eat something, ask yourself if you really want it. Give yourself permission to eat, say no you can't this time.
Sit up straight and keep your stomach muscles flexed.
You will burn more calories.
Chew gum, eat mints, anything small with low calories to take your mind off of eating food.

When fasting drink plenty of water.
Drinking cold water burns calories.
Sleep with your window open the cold air will force you body to burn calories to stay warm.
Stop eating after 5pm at the latest 7pm.
Make a journal full of thinspiration to motivate you.
